So Why Have A CCTV Drain Survey in the first place

The technology now associated with CCTV Drainage surveying has over the past few years come on in leaps & bounds offering the ability to provide in depth & comprehensive information with absolute clarity of vision.

The amount of software programs now available mean that reports are now able to be generated whilst on site thus providing instant information as to any identified problems.

Unfortunately, in many cases this in depth & detailed information is perfect if you are either an architect – surveyor or perhaps someone with a degree to interpret such data.

What about the layman, when he gets this report would he understand it. The answer is probably no.

We believe that in most cases there is a reason to commission a CCTV Survey in the first place usually that something has either gone wrong or is going wrong with the system.

It is now common practice amongst surveyors to insist that a home owner has a CCTV survey carried out of the drainage system prior to selling there home.

From a clients point of view ( unless you are qualified in this area of expertise ) the only information you really require should be offered to you in the most straight forward and easy to understand manner as is practically possible.

After an in depth CCTV survey has been carried out by our experienced engineers, we then provide you with an in depth written report ( in plain English ) detailing every single defect or abnormality noted clearly indicating as to exactly what & where any problems are and of the best course of action to be taken.
In most cases we will even provide you with a written quotation for any remedial works which may have been identified during the survey.

The CCTV survey is backed up by a recording of the entire survey and placed on either DVD or if preferred, we are still able to offer VHS facilities.

For the Architects – Surveyors & Graduates, a more sophisticated report can be offered.
